Winter Menu Ideas

Way back when, October 20th to be exact, I wrote about the need to write-up a menu rotation for myself so I would be sure to make good use of everything I have socked away. Well, I did that. I even typed it up. But, after that things get fuzzy...I remember throwing up, feeling tired...avoiding the kitchen.... oh, yes, pregnancy. So, my list remained a list and wasn't used (at all maybe?) until these past few weeks since I am finally feeling more like myself.

So, here is my list. It's really more for me than for you, unless you happen to have the same things stored-up as I do. And, starting tomorrow, I am going to share photos and recipes with you of the things on my list as I make them (If I haven't shared them with you already).

Venison Stew (carrots, potatoes, onions, etc)

Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese sandwiches

Chicken and BBQ Sauce over Rice

Feta Chard Pie (eggs, roasted tomatoes, chard, onions, garlic, etc.)
